Ex-Macelli renovation

The project was developed with consideration for the built context and its architectural character, its urban setting, the constraints and links with the landscape, as well as the objectives set out in the programme requested by the client, in order to design and build a solution that is flexible in its architectural configuration and its varied uses. The concept of flexibility, within a limited budget, is the key to interpreting and understanding this conceptual idea. This flexibility has, among other things, guided the composition of the volumes and external installations. Similarly, the organisation of the interior spaces was conceived with the aim of creating distinct areas whose various types of use can evolve over time without requiring major reorganisation at a later date.
