Fire-resistance

The reaction to fire and, more generally, fire safety are the core around which we develop our projects. In addition to the fire resistance of the structures, we carefully analyse the reaction to fire of all materials used. These purely technical aspects are integrated with a careful design of the building, which includes, among other aspects, the definition of compartments, evacuation routes and emergency exits. Attention to fire safety is an indispensable principle for us, underpinning all our architecture.
